AIDS WALK 2008

The Latino Community Services AIDS WALK 2008 is an event where we celebrate the community we serve, thank our donors for their support, and acknowledge the continuous need for awareness and prevention education about this chronic condition. 

Come Join the Walk!

This year, we plan on having a great time walking for this important cause with help from some great area DJs.  We will have our health and social service partners help us disseminate information about care services, perform HIV screenings, and to provide all participants with a day of fun.

Registration begins at 9:30am

The Walk begins at 10:00am

Payment Information:

Please use form on LCS website to collect sponsorships from friends, family, co-workers, etc.  The suggested minimum amount per walker is $20.00.

Through the Eventbrite website, you can pay online, or indicate that you will pay by check or in person at the time of the AIDS Walk.  If you plan to raise/contribute more than $20.00, please only purchase one ticket and bring the remainder of the amount raised to the AIDS Walk, or indicate that you will pay in person and bring the full amount raised.

If you would like to form a team of 4 walkers or more, please email Yvette Bello at ybello@lcs-ct.org with your team name (family friendly, please) and you will be given further instructions on how to register your team.
